Grounds to Green Cans Initiative

Implement Grounds to Green Cans Initiative through-out Schools and households. This event will be an opportunity for youth and families to engage be enlightened on the importance of environmental awareness through recycling. The initiative will be an opportunity for youth and families to gain literature, education, and training on the process of recycling, and in turn participate in a recycling initiative that will have prize incentives for whomever recycles the most items.

Kooking with Kids Culinary Event

ACE Club also proposes to continue to have virtual culinary opportunities for youth and families to engage and learn more efficient ways to cook healthier and more nutritious meals during the school week, which will help to increase health, and academic performance. Kooking with Kids Quarterly Program to enlighten Youth and families the importance of healthy and efficient Recipes within communities that often experience "food deserts".

ACE Club Community Day/Book Bag Drive

Majority of these attainable goals will be closely determined by the attendance of ACE Club’s annual Community Day/ Book Bag Drive. ACE Club intends to have at least 80 supply- filled book bags for the youth of the Johnston Square Community, have at least 25 adults register and attend the financial literacy or workforce development training, and have at least 10 outside partnerships established in order to assist with the success of the event
